This Privacy Policy explains how Mora Digital ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Proper Jobs mobile application and this website. 1. Data we collect

When you create and use a Proper Jobs account, we collect:

• Account details: your name and email address.
• Location: your approximate location, only if you grant the app location permission, used to show activity centres and lesson slots near you.
• Qualification documents: certificates and qualification details you upload to your instructor profile.
• Job application history: the lesson slots you apply for and the outcome of those applications.
• Device push token: an identifier for your device so we can deliver push notifications you have opted into.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Match coaches and instructors with activity centres and available lesson slots.
• Deliver push notifications about slots, applications, and reminders you have enabled.
• Create and manage your account, including authentication and account recovery.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling beyond the matching features described above.

3. Third-party services

We rely on the following processors to operate the service:

• Supabase: database hosting and authentication. Your account data and uploaded documents are stored with Supabase.
• Expo: push notification delivery. Your device push token is shared with Expo solely to deliver notifications.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. When you request deletion of your account, we delete your personal data, except where we are legally required to retain it. To request deletion, email [email protected].

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use tracking cookies. The mobile app stores authentication tokens in secure device storage solely to keep you signed in; these are not used for tracking.

7. Children

Proper Jobs is not directed at users under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.
