Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Proper Jobs mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Mora Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering, including your name, email address and, for instructors, your qualifications.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
- Qualification documents you upload must be genuine and current. Misrepresenting qualifications is grounds for immediate termination.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent lesson slots or applications.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without our permission.
3. Role of the Service
Proper Jobs is a platform that connects coaches and instructors with activity centres. We are not a party to any engagement, contract, or working arrangement formed between users. Activity centres are solely responsible for verifying instructor qualifications, right to work, insurance, and suitability before any session takes place.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Mora Digital and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as qualification documents and profile information), and you grant us a licence to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mora Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any dispute between instructors and activity centres. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property and limitation of liability) will survive.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
