When will Proper Jobs be available? +
Proper Jobs is launching soon on the App Store and Google Play. Register your interest on the home page and we’ll let you know the moment it’s live.
Which devices are supported? +
Proper Jobs runs on iOS and Android phones. We recommend iOS 16+ or Android 10+ for the best experience.
Is Proper Jobs free? +
Yes. Downloading the app and creating an account is free for both coaches and activity centres.
I can’t sign in to my account. What should I do? +
Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If you still can’t get in, email us and we’ll help you recover your account.
How do I delete my account and data? +
You can delete your account from the app’s account settings, or email [email protected] from your registered address and we’ll process the deletion for you.
Can Proper Jobs guarantee good conditions? +
No. We connect coaches with centres. The ocean, the wind and the British weather remain entirely unmanaged.
How do qualification requirements work? +
Activity centres set the qualifications a slot requires. The app compares them against the qualifications on your instructor profile and tells you whether you meet them before you apply.
